Love, Love, Luv

Autumn has arrived and the weather has cooled a little. The rain still falls, making the day more serene around here. There is a holiday coming this week and I'm excited to spend more time with my husband. For the work days though the plans are to update the store with cute autumn products.

Good things in life: see animals resting on my porch (in my case, my dogs)  meeting new people that inspired my spiritual life  find thousand apps to help productivity  family dinners  new photograph equipment ♥ many fruits in the refrigerator (yes to diet!) ♥  free books to download  several lists & plans  new magazines

I think this week universal exclamation is: "it's already March?!". Month of my birthday, so it's a special time for me. Time of skip the diet, to enjoy the last days of summer, seeing family and friends, receiving messages of congratulations and keep that sense of immunity that we have on our birthday! This week is to planning of the celebrations, and I certainly hope to see everything working out next weekend.

Meanwhile, the past week was full of good things too:

Life became super practical  Make a flash animation by myself  Start planning our trip to attend the Rock in Rio  Shopping gifts for the other anniversaries of March  200 new filters and to Lightroom & new editing skills in Photoshop

Have a good week!

I love this quote from Epicurus. Sometimes we forget to celebrate what we have because we are focused on what we don't have.

Love Gala Darling and totally inspired by her, I decided to make weekly lists of gratitude. Here in MN it will be on every Monday, but if you want to keep tracking of Gala's lists, she publishes it every Thursday!

This weekend I got a new tattoo, with a tinge of inspiration from Banksy. Hooray to the revolution of street art! ♥ I spent the morning with my friend Andressa, seeing pretty things at the local stores and talking a lot ♥ My husband and I got to meet a friend from out of town ♥ I whatched the MMA with my hubby's friends and the night was very good for the Brazilians. ♥ I had ice cream with all toppings as possible ♥ I visited my parents still had time to stay at home with the rain falling and watching an english  series of Sherlock Holmes.

Have a good week you guys!!

Mascara

0
I think we each have a crash for a specific makeup product. Some people don't go out without lipstick nor blush, for other girls concealer is essential. To me, what I can not miss is a bit of mask for the lashes to lift the look. So every now and then I fall into temptation and buy some more mascaras to put in my case. This is my current collection:

Minha Coleção

From left to right:

- LA Girls Lash Boosting, I use it when I want to some volume.
- Natura Faces Colorless, I like to use on eyebrows
- Avon Super Curlacious; make nice curves (the brush is suitable for this purpose)
- Mary Kate Signature; it lasts all night
- Mary Kate Ultimate Mascara; guess versatile and is very alike the other one
- Maybelline Colossal; pure drama
- Maybelline One by One, the one I use more in everyday life, it separates the lashes and is super natural.

And you? Have some kind of product fixation?

Roze & Lenora's wedding

0

Saturday at 13h, there was the wedding of our dear friends Roze and Lenora. At a site in Pampulha (traditional neighborhood of Belo Horizonte), a cozy and intimate ceremony celebrated the consolidation of this couple that makes our joy forever.

I confess I freaked out a little bit about what I'd dress because I'm kind of futile with clothes (another confession) and because I had never gone to a wedding during the day in a country atmosphere (in Brazil, it's very unusual to have weddings during the day). I was afraid to choose something too neat and stay out of context or less tidy and seem to not give a damn about the invitation I received (and I was very happy about it since the beginning, so...). In the end, I used that a long dress, with a very sweet textile.

I have one regret about this day: not having my camera with me. I left home super late and left it behind because I knew I wouldn't have time to check battery and stuff like that. But I made a promise that from now on, even if my only have space for my Sony Cybershot, I'll carry a camera in my purse.

In the absence of my own pictures, I borrowed some I saw in the profile of friends. The first one came from here, the others were from the smart Fernanda who was with her camera!
This wedding was proof that good taste and spontaneity make a great duo.
Cheers to you endlessly, Roze & Lenora!
